How Do I Purchase Or Add To My Shopping Cart?
On the left hand side of the home page, click on one of the product categories listed. When looking at a product, use the drop down arrow to select the: size, simply click on the appropriate size button, colour or colour combination. Then, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking "add to shopping cart". The item will then appear in your shopping cart which can be seen on the left hand side of the screen. If another size or colour is required in that product range, follow the steps above again to include the next item.
You may remove any selected product by clicking 'remove' in your shopping cart at any time. Once you are happy with all your order, click on the "checkout" button to continue processing your order.
Do I Need To Register As A Customer To Order?
No! Ease of use was a very important concept in the design of our website. As we are working on the design we asked a number of people who regularly buy online, and the general consensus was that people would rather just make their purchases without the need to sign in first. Not needing to sign in eliminates the need for your to remember yet another username and password. We have made the checkout page as easy to use as possible and we hop that you find purchasing products from SleepShop to be easy and stress free. If not, please let us know and we’ll use the information to improve our site.
Do I Have to Order on the Internet?
If you would like to order by fax or mail, please download an order form and send with a cheque, bank cheque, money order or receipt of direct deposit in our account.
Am I Able To Purchase Without Providing My Email Address?
For online purchases we require your email address to enable us to send you a confirmation email with your order details

How Do I Send A Gift To Someone?
SleepShop provides a free gift wrapping service to all customers. If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped, go to the 'Gift Shop'. add "Free Gift Wrapping" to your shopping cart, and enter the message you would like on the card to the gift recipient. Address details are entered at the checkout.
