SleepShop has a trademark application pending for the sleeping baby logo, including colour, design and text. Any use of this trade mark, or any marks which are identical or similar to this trade mark, without the prior written consent of SleepShop may be in breach of the Trade Marks Act 1995 or the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Products

We have made all efforts to ensure that images of products displayed on our site are true representations of the actual products. This includes design, size and colour. With regard to colour, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s colour will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product because all monitors are different.
