We are pleased to offer a FREE GIFT WRAPPING service. To use this service, please go to the Gift Shop, add the product 'Free Gift Wrapping', and enter the message you would like on the recipient's card. Recipient's shipping details are entered at the checkout page.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, if you need to return goods, please return items within 30 days. For ‘change of mind’ returns, items should be unused and have all packaging and tags intact for you to receive either a refund or an exchange. Please note that proof of purchase (such as a copy of your original receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Reimbursement will be via your original method of payment. We are unable to refund postage costs for returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. We take great care in packaging items and it is unusual for them to become damaged in transit. However if you do receive an item that appears damaged or faulty, please contact us to organise an exchange or return.
